When managing sequences, you may need to extract a list of all users currently enrolled in a specific sequence for analysis or reporting purposes.

Answer

You can export a list of users enrolled in a sequence by following these steps:

1. Create a new audience

2. Set the audience conditions to:

   • Select "Sequence Activity"

   • Select "Enrolled in" [Select your sequence]

   • "X days ago" [Set your desired timeframe]

   • Click on "Attribute" and look specifically for "sequence activity" (this is not a standard HubSpot field)

   • The "Enrolled in" condition will appear under this sequence activity section

   • For timeframe, use "started anytime" as the default setting

   • Use "Most Recent Sequence Status" to filter by enrollment status (e.g., "Completed" or "Completed: Replied")

3. Toggle exclusions off at the bottom of the audience builder before exporting

4. Click the "Export as CSV" button located in the top right corner of the audience view

The exported CSV file will contain a list of all users who match your enrollment criteria for the selected sequence.

Note: The CSV export does not include a "Completed Date" column for completed enrollments, which may affect reporting.

Note: CSV exports do not include all available columns, such as “record owner” information. If you need to segment users by account ownership, create separate audiences with ownership conditions (e.g., one audience where you are the account owner, another where a teammate is the owner) and export each audience separately.
