How to Upload an Audience from a CSV File

To upload an audience from a CSV file in Unify, follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to either the "Companies" or "People" tab in your Unify dashboard.

  2. Look for the "Upload CSV" option in the top right corner of the page.

  3. Click on the "Upload CSV" button.

  4. Select your CSV file and map the fields from your CSV to the corresponding Unify fields, then follow the prompts to complete the upload.

Once you've uploaded your CSV file, Unify will automatically create an audience based on the data in your file. This allows you to quickly import and segment your contacts or companies for targeted campaigns and analysis.

Important Notes

  • For the People tab, your CSV file must include at minimum: first name and email address. Make sure your CSV file is properly formatted before uploading to ensure accurate data import.

  • The option to upload a CSV file may not be immediately visible in all accounts. If you don't see the "Upload CSV" button, contact Unify support for assistance.

By using this feature, you can easily create audiences from your existing data, saving time and streamlining your workflow in Unify.
