How to track email backlog status and sending schedule

When you have emails queued for delivery, you can monitor their status and estimated send times to better understand your email delivery schedule.

Viewing scheduled email send times

For manually queued emails, you can check when they're scheduled to be sent by following these steps:

  1. Complete your manual email task

  2. Navigate to Outbox > Scheduled

  3. View the estimated send time for each queued email

Understanding scheduled send times

The scheduled send time displayed in the Outbox takes into account several factors that affect when your emails will actually be delivered:

  • Send windows: Your configured time periods when emails are allowed to be sent. If an email is queued outside of your send window (for example, after your daily cutoff time), it will automatically be scheduled for the next available send window.

  • Skip dates: Any dates you've set to pause email sending

  • Queue position: Where the email sits in your mailbox's sending queue

  • Daily limits: The maximum number of emails your mailbox can send per day

These settings work together to determine the realistic delivery time for your queued emails, helping you plan and manage your email outreach more effectively.
