Do I need to be logged into Unify for sequences to send?

Yes — users must be logged into Unify for outbound sequence emails to send.
This applies regardless of how mailboxes are configured. Whether mailboxes are owner-assigned or manually selected at the sequence or play level, an active Unify session is required for sends to execute.
What to check if emails aren't sending:
Confirm the sender is actively logged into their Unify account
Check that the assigned mailbox is connected and healthy under Settings > Deliverability > Mailboxes
Verify the sequence is active and the enrollment status shows "In Progress"
If the issue persists after logging in, contact Unify support with the affected enrollment IDs.
