Can I add images or attachments to emails in Unify sequences?

Last updated: March 19, 2026

Unify does not currently support adding images, attachments, or files directly to emails in sequences. This includes screenshots, PDFs, GIFs, and other file types.

Why aren't images and attachments supported?

Images and attachments can negatively impact email deliverability. Email providers like Google often flag emails with attachments as spam, which reduces the likelihood that your emails will reach recipients' inboxes.

Alternative solutions

Instead of attaching files or embedding images directly, you can:

  • Link to images or documents: Host your content on a webpage or cloud storage service and include a hyperlink in your email

  • Reference external resources: Direct recipients to your website, case studies, or other online materials

For example, instead of attaching a case study PDF, you could upload it to your website and include a link like "View our case study here: [your-website.com/case-study]"

Will this feature be added in the future?

While there is consideration for potentially adding image support in the future, there are no immediate plans to implement this feature due to the deliverability concerns mentioned above.
