How to Set Default Field Values on Plays

If you need to set different field values for lead creation based on different business verticals or email campaign audiences, you can use the Plays feature to accomplish this. This allows you to set default values on a per-play basis instead of globally, providing more customization for your various campaigns or verticals.

Steps to Set Default Values in Plays

  1. Navigate to the Plays tab in your Unify dashboard.

  2. Click on the specific play you want to configure.

  3. Locate the Sync to CRM node within the play.

  4. Click on the node to open its settings.

  5. Look for the option to set default values within the node settings. You can reference an existing field from the contact/account/lead object.

  6. Set the desired default values for the fields you want to customize for this particular vertical or campaign. This will now be set for all new
