How are credits calculated during mailbox warm-up?

Context

When setting up email mailboxes in Unify, they go through a warm-up period before becoming fully active. During this time, users may notice credit usage on their dashboard even though they haven't actively used the email features yet.

Answer

Credits are consumed not only for email activities but also for website intent data tracking, which is available in the Companies and People tabs. These credits are counted separately from email-related activities and will accumulate even during the mailbox warm-up period.
