Do one-off emails send immediately, or are they added to a sequence queue?
One-off emails send immediately. They are not added to a sequence or automated sending queue.

Do one-off emails count toward my daily automated send limit?
No. One-off emails do not count toward your rolling 24-hour automated send limit. Daily send limits apply only to automated sequence emails.

What happens when I hit my daily automated send limit?
Automated sequence emails will pause until your rolling 24-hour window resets. Manual one-off emails are not affected and can still be sent.

Are manual one-off emails capped or blocked by Unify?
No. Unify does not enforce a hard daily cap on manual one-off emails. However, we strongly recommend staying within healthy sending limits to protect your domain reputation and overall deliverability.

Can I use Smart Snippets in one-off emails?
No. Smart Snippets are not available in one-off emails because they require processing time, and one-off emails send immediately.
