How does Unify manage email domains and mailbox warming?

Mailbox Provisioning and Warming

Unify's mailbox team handles the complete process of creating and warming mailboxes for your outreach campaigns. Here's how it works:

1. Mailbox Creation: We purchase and provision new mailboxes on your behalf

2. Warming Period: All mailboxes are warmed for 3 weeks using a specialized warming provider before being used for outreach

3. Connection: Mailboxes are connected to your Unify account prior to the warming completion date

4. Reply Management: Our team handles reply forwarding based on coordination with your Product Growth Specialist (PGS)

What We Don't Manage

It's important to note that Unify does not:

• Manage your existing Google Workspace tenant

• Have service account access to your primary inboxes

• Handle any mailboxes other than the ones we create and warm specifically for your Unify campaigns

Timeline

The entire process from mailbox creation to being ready for outreach takes approximately 3 weeks. Your mailboxes will be connected to Unify before the warming period is complete, and our deliverability team will provide you with exact dates for when your mailboxes will be ready for use.
