Unify Chat: Use Cases

Last updated: August 27, 2026

Unify Chat helps go-to-market teams research accounts, prioritize opportunities, expand relationships, and improve outreach using natural-language prompts. The examples below are generalized so they can be adapted to any customer’s sales process, CRM setup, and data sources.

Top-of-funnel strategy

Goal: Identify where to focus prospecting and expansion efforts.

  • Review closed-won opportunities from the last 90 days across the team. Which industries, segments, or company profiles should be prioritized for outbound?

  • Which accounts show a recent hiring spike, funding event, leadership change, or other buying signal but have not been contacted in the last 30 days?

Account research

Goal: Score, prioritize, and prepare for account engagement.

  • Rank owned accounts by combined signal strength, such as leadership changes, hiring activity, web intent, product usage, recent meetings, or CRM activity. Surface the top accounts to prioritize.

  • Prepare for an upcoming customer or prospect call by summarizing how the meeting was booked, relevant buying signals, recent account activity, open opportunities, stakeholders, and suggested talking points.

Multithreading

Goal: Expand engagement beyond a single contact within warm accounts.

  • Assess the level of multithreading across active accounts or opportunities. Identify where engagement is concentrated with only one stakeholder.

  • For open opportunities with limited stakeholder coverage, map the likely buying committee and recommend additional relevant contacts to engage.

Outreach

Goal: Create and improve personalized outbound workflows.

  • Build a multi-step outreach sequence across email, phone, and LinkedIn, with messaging tailored by persona, account context, and observed buying signals.

  • Analyze sequence performance to identify which messaging, channels, or steps have the highest reply rates, then summarize learnings that can improve future outreach.

Deal analysis

Goal: Diagnose deal health and recommend next steps.

  • For opportunities that have remained in an early or stagnant stage for more than two weeks, recommend the best next step for each and summarize the reasoning.

  • Summarize closed-lost reasons for the quarter across a rep’s book or team pipeline. Identify the most common patterns and recommend actions to reduce future losses.

Best practices for prompts

  • Specify the account set, owner, team, opportunity stage, or time period you want to analyze.

  • Include the desired output format, such as a ranked list, table, summary, recommended next steps, or drafted sequence.

  • Ask the assistant to explain the reasoning behind recommendations when prioritization or scoring is involved.

  • Review generated recommendations before updating CRM records, sending outreach, or making customer-facing commitments.
