Can I create different sending schedules for multiple time zones or regions?

Last updated: March 3, 2026

Context

When operating across multiple regions with different working days (e.g., Sunday-Thursday in KSA, Monday-Friday in UAE), you may need to set up different sending schedules to align with local business hours and working days.

Answer

The platform has limited support for sending schedules. For email sequences, you can configure send schedules that include:

  • Time zone settings

  • Specific days for sending (allowing you to exclude weekends)

  • Sending hours

  • Holiday preferences (US holidays by default)

However, manual tasks (such as calls and LinkedIn outreach) do not respect send schedule settings and will populate on all days, including weekends and holidays.

  1. Use the Delay node in your Play setup

  2. Set the delay to the number of days until your desired start date

  3. Launch the Play with this delay in place

For email sequences: You can configure basic send schedules by adjusting the email settings to set your preferred time zone, sending days, and hours. This allows you to align email sending with regional business days, though you cannot set up multiple different schedules for different regions within the same account.

Important timing note: Delays are counted in calendar days, including weekends and holidays. However, emails only send on business days within your configured delivery window. For example, if you set a 1‑day delay on an email sent Friday morning, it will be due on Saturday but will actually send Monday morning since weekends are excluded from sending. When the delay finishes, if it falls outside your send schedule, the next step will queue to send during your next available send window. Factor this precise timing into your scheduling calculations when aligning with regional business hours.

Note: While basic send schedule configuration exists for email sequences, the platform still lacks support for multiple regional schedules within one account, and manual tasks don't respect any schedule settings. Our product team is considering improvements to these scheduling capabilities for future development.
