Unify Dialer: Pricing

The Unify Dialer is included for every customer at no additional base cost — your plan price doesn't change. You only pay for what you use.

What's included

• Dialer access is included in all plans, with no increase to your base price.

• Each rep gets a set of phone numbers at no charge (see below).

Phone numbers included

The number of phone numbers included per rep depends on your plan. You can add more beyond your free allotment, up to your plan's maximum, for a monthly fee.

• Self-serve customers: 1 number per rep at no charge, up to a maximum of 5 per rep.

• Business plan customers: 5 numbers per rep at no charge, up to a maximum of 10 per rep.

Usage

• Calls are billed at 2 credits per minute.

• The clock starts when the call connects — when the prospect picks up, or when voicemail recording begins.

• Call time is rounded up to the nearest full minute.

Additional phone numbers

Beyond the numbers included with your plan, extra numbers cost 100 credits per number per month.

Running out of credits

If your team runs out of credits, calling is paused until you top up. You'll see an in-product prompt to add more credits.
