How do I sync Intent Level data from Unify to HubSpot?

Organizations often want to use intent data within their CRM system to trigger marketing campaigns and other automated actions. Unify provides the ability to write back intent level data directly to HubSpot company records.
Answer
You can configure Unify to write back intent level data to HubSpot through the company mapping settings. Here's how:
Navigate to your HubSpot mapping settings at Settings > Integrations > HubSpot > Mappings > Company
In the mapping interface, locate the "Unify Intent Level" field
Select the corresponding HubSpot company field from the dropdown where you want the intent level to be written
Important: Unify will only populate the mapped HubSpot field if it is empty. If the field already contains a value, Unify will not overwrite it unless it is a Unify-specific field. Since Intent Level is a Unify-specific field, it may behave differently and could potentially overwrite existing values.

Note: Before mapping, ensure you have created the appropriate custom field in HubSpot to store the intent level data. Once created, wait for the field to sync with Unify before completing the mapping configuration.
