Connect your personal mailbox for outbound

Use this when you want Unify to send outbound emails from your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox.

  1. Log into Unify.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Scroll to Mailboxes.

  4. Click + New Mailbox.

  5. Select Google Workspace or Microsoft Outlook.

  6. Complete the Google or Microsoft authorization flow.

  7. Return to Mailboxes to confirm the mailbox is connected.

Set the daily send limit

  • Click into the connected mailbox.

  • Set the mailbox send limit.

  • Primary personal mailboxes can be set from 1 to 150 sends per day.

  • We generally recommend starting around 25 sends per day and increasing gradually to protect deliverability.
