  1. Form Fill Dropoff Play: Anytime someone fills a demo form but doesn’t book a meeting, stamp that on a CRM custom field (”form fill dropoff”)

    1. Create a custom audience in Unify that pulls from this field. Create a play that sequences this audience with a meeting-booking link

  2. Product Demo: Anytime someone takes a product demo, stamp to custom SFDC field

  4. No-Shows: Create a CRM field for meeting no shows. If someone doesn’t show up, the rep toggles to TRUE.

    1. Create a custom audience in Unify that pulls from this field. Create a play that sequences this audience with a meeting-booking link and “sorry to miss you!” CTA.

    2. Tip: Because a no-show is time-sensitive, make sure you use a separate mailbox or primary to avoid a delay from a backlog.

  5. MQL Follow-Up: Track MQLs as “leads” (e.g., not as an open opportunity).

    1. Create a custom audience in Unify that pulls from this field. Create a play that sequences this audience any time an MQL has no activity for [7] days. The play can have an agent qualify the MQL and either send a DQ email or meeting-booking link.
