Why is my website activity being attributed to another users account (or vice versa)?

When viewing website activity analytics, you may notice that activities from other users are being incorrectly attributed to your account. This can happen when you click a link directly from a prospect's email within the system. The tracking system then associates their website activity with your user profile.

How can I fix this issue?

To resolve this issue and reset tracking attribution:

  1. Clear your browser cache

  2. Open the website through a fresh browser session

This will reset the tracking attribution and ensure future website activities are correctly tagged to the appropriate users.
