BDR Guide

How a BDR uses Unify
Instead of manually researching every account before you reach out or guessing which lead is worth a follow-up today, you can ask Unify directly: which accounts in my book are showing real signal, who should I go deeper on, and which of my sequences are actually working. The reps who get the most out of Unify aren't sending the most emails, they're the ones using signal data to know who to reach out to, why, and what to say.
Prompts to Get Started
Account research & prioritization
How should I prioritize my accounts?
Which accounts in my book have the strongest signals this week, tech changes, hiring activity, or funding? Surface the top 10.
Which accounts in my book had website activity in the last 48 hours but no outreach yet?
Summarize the last 90 days of signals for [insert account].
List building
Which additional accounts should I go after and why?
Find companies matching my ICP that are hiring for [X] roles. Surface the ones not yet in my CRM.
Find lookalikes of our best closed-won customers this year. Exclude anything already in an active sequence.
Give me companies that have open job postings mentioning [insert competitor].
Multithreading
Am I multithreading across my book?
What level of multithreading is happening across the accounts in my book?
For accounts in my book where I've only touched one lead, map the buying committee and find two more contacts to reach out to.
Which accounts in my book have a champion who shows a job change in our most recent tracking update?
Outreach & sequencing
What should I say?
Which of my sequences have the highest reply rates? Tell me learnings I can incorporate in future sequences to book more meetings.
Draft a personalized 5-step email, call, and LinkedIn sequence. Use a signal-based opener in the first email that calls out a recent buying signal.
Re-engagement & review
Who should I follow up with?
Which contacts in my book opened an email three or more times but never replied?
Pull closed-lost accounts in my book with loss reason = timing. Check for a new buying signal and draft a re-engagement note with a fresh angle.
Which of my sequences went cold in the last 60 days? Recommend which ones are worth restarting.
Prompts to Schedule
These prompts are worth setting on a recurring schedule (via scheduled chats) so the results are there right when you log into Unify.
